In order to take advantage of Valimail's automated, self-serve DMARC configuration and management capabilities, you'll have to make a few updates to your domain's DNS. Please follow these steps to create and delegate your DMARC, SPF, and DKIM records in your Windows Server DNS.
DMARC
You will need to add a DMARC NameServer (NS) record to your DNS zone to manage a domain’s DMARC policy within the Valimail system.
Make sure there is not a _dmarc records in the domain. If there are remove them.
1. Right Click on domain and select 'New Delegation'
2. Click ‘Next’
2. Add _dmarc as the Delegated domain and click ‘Next’
3. Click Add on Name Server Page
4. Add ns.vali.email to the Server FQDN and do not click ‘Resolve’, just click ‘OK’
5. Click ‘Next’
6. Click ‘Finish’
You have now delegated DMARC to Valimail
This is how it should look
SPF
1. If you currently do not have an SPF record right-click and select 'Other New Records'. If you already have a TXT record or SPF record for your domain please skip to #3.
2. Select 'Text (TXT)' as the record type
3. Add the Valimail SPF Macro to your text record. If you already have a TXT record add it on a new line. If you have an SPF record replace it with the Valiamil SPF Macro.

DKIM
Make sure there are no records that contain _domainkey in the folder with the same name. If there are, they need to be removed before following the steps below. Before deleting the _domainkey records, make sure that they are all published in Valimail.
1. Right Click on domain and select 'New Delegation'
2. Click ‘Next’
2. Add _domainkey as the Delegated domain and click ‘Next’
3. Click Add on Name Server Page
4. Add ns.vali.email to the Server FQDN and do not click ‘Resolve’, just click ‘OK’
5. Click ‘Next’
6. Click ‘Finish’
