SPF(supported)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for QuestionPro and how they are managed in Valimail Enforce. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your QuestionPro emails

QuestionPro will generate a public and private key pair. Please add a TXT record of the public key that will be shared with you to your domain. This step needs to be performed by your IT team as QuestionPro does not have access to your domain settings.

Once QuestionPro will generate a DKIM key for you, you will need to add that in Valimail Enforce.

After the DKIM TXT key is published in Enforce, QuestionPro will activate the DKIM keys to complete the set up. QuestionPro will verify email delivery status and DKIM key signature on the email.

In order to set up DKIM with QuestionPro, please contact QuestionPro directly on chat or contact your QuestionPro service administrator (person/team that has set up QuestionPro to send emails on behalf of your domain) to initiate DKIM set up.

You can find more information about this procedure here.
