SPF(supported) (dedicated subdomain)
DKIM(recommended)

This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Inxmail and how they are managed in Valimail Enforce. While only one of the two authentication methods is required for an email to pass DMARC, our recommendation is to configure both whenever possible.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Inxmail emails

In general, Inxmail recommends using a separate subdomain of your main domain as a sending domain.

Example:

domain: example.com

subdomain: mail.example.com

The Brand Identity Protection agent helps you to correctly set up DKIM signing for your own sender domain, see: Initial set-up: Implementation scenarios.

You can also find the instructions on how to set up DKIM and SPF for Inxmail, here and here.
