SPF(supported) (dedicated subdomain) DKIM(recommended)
This article covers the SPF and DKIM authentication processes for Yotpo and how they are managed in Valimail Enforce. Because this service leverages Sendgrid's email infrastructure, it requires additions to your DNS records outside of the Valimail platform. Adding Yotpo as an authorized sender in the Valimail Enforce usually requires a dedicated subdomain to be pointed to the Sendgrid infrastructure and typically the DKIM keys will be added in the Valimail platform.

Configuring DKIM authentication for your Yotpo emails
To get CNAME records for your domain, please contact Yotpo Reviews Support or Yotpo Loyalty Support in order to receive the relevant records that you will need to add to your domain management system.
Please provide the required domain name in your request and make sure that it is the exact same one as it appears in the From name in the Email Settings section in the Yotpo Admin.
Please note:
If you have already added CNAME records for another app that uses SendGrid, you will need to add a slightly different records structure. Please notify our support team in your initial comment about this so we can provide you with the right values.
Yotpo will provide you with records similar to the example ones below, which you then copy-paste into your DNS provider:
CNAME
em2645.yourdomain.com
u246613.wl114.sendgrid.net
CNAME
s1._domainkey.yourdomain.com
s1.domainkey.u246613.wl114.sendgrid.net
CNAME
s2._domainkey.yourdomain.com
s2.domainkey.u246613.wl114.sendgrid.net
Note: The above are juts examples.
Important: If you manage DKIM for your domain in Valimail, you will need to add the 2 CNAME DKIM keys on your domain's Configuration page in Valimail Enforce and the 3rd CNAME record in your DNS.
The Host and Value are generated per domain and are unique per domain.
After adding the relevant records, please reach back to Yotpo support so they can validate it on their end, and thus completing this process.
